Ocean Pacific stands 21 stories above a 3 level basement in the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. The Western façade full height sculpture mural incorporated into the buildings lateral resisting core system is a significant project feature.

The simple and yet effective core structure and floor plate afforded the construction team speed and substantial construction time savings. The introduction of precast elements above non-critical levels were designed and implemented by the design team, ultimately translating to reduced project formwork expenditure.
