Located in the heart of West End and one of Brisbane’s most popular residential precincts is this iconic development comprising a 10 storey residential apartment building, separate 8 storey apartment building with upper-level Skyhome living and a contemporary 2 storey, direct street access, townhouse building.

This award winning development utilises unique precast facades to express the architecturally driven building form.

One of the challenging design aspects for the project was to resolve the precast façade. Glynntucker’s expertise in precast design and documentation enabled simple production and construction methodologies to be employed. The result has culminated in a truly leading edge project for the precinct.
